How long do sessions last?The time for each session varies upon selected packages. You will be reminded of your time selection on our onboarding call.

Is a deposit required?There is a 25% non-refundable deposit that is required to reserve your session date and time.

When do I pay the remaining balance? Can I pay it all at once?The remainder of your balance is due the day before your session. The balance in its entirety will be outlined in the invoice you receive. However, if you would like to pay for the session at the time of booking, you will be able to do that as well.

Do you know of a make-up artist?As part of my intake process, once we have signed our contract, I will send out a guide to your session with me and a list of recommended make-up artists.

Do you have a studio?I currently do not have a studio. Upon discussing your session, if needed, I can recommend the best studio for your needs. As the client, you will be responsible for paying for the studio session. The studio fee will need to be paid upon agreement of booking it.

Do I have to choose my location?Unless you already have in mind (ie, home, office. . .) I will recommend a location for your session.

What happens if it rains?In the case of rain/sickness/etc. . . we will put your deposit towards a rescheduled session. However if you do not show up to your session, your deposit will not be refunded.

Can I reschedule my session?Yes, you can reschedule your session and have your deposit transferred to a new date. If you are going to reschedule, it must be done 7 full days before your scheduled session. Do take note, that if you have booked a studio for this session, you may not be able to transfer your payment and could possibly lose payment.

Can I bring a hype-man/friend to my session?Yes! I encourage you to bring someone with you that will make you feel comfortable and also bring the best version of yourself out.

When and how will I receive the files?You will receive a proof gallery 2 days after your session. From there you will receive your edited images a week (7-days) after your final selections have been made. If you are receiving retouched images, you will receive them within 2 days of making selection. Images are delivered though your personal Pixieset profile and can be downloaded with a private password.

Do I get to select my own images?As part of my process, I will make the initial selections from the session. After carefully going through the images, you will then be able to make your selection (favorite). Any images that you do not see are; out of focus, repeats, awkward timed, etc. . . images. I have no reason to withhold the best of the best images from you.

Can I have unedited or RAW files?I do not give out unedited or RAW images.

I want to shoot, but need ideas."I suggest making a pinterest board and seeing what inspires you there. Look at your favorites folder. More than likely you have already begun the ideas, you just need to see it being yourself in front of the camera. Brand Photography sessions come with a consultation where we can discuss most things.
